Center for Advanced Food Technology
The Center for Advanced Food Technology (CAFT) is a unique cooperative research venture among the food industry, academia, and government. Its broad mission is to create and enhance application of scientific knowledge and technologies that address the product, process, and manufacturing needs of the food industry. The center was jointly established by Rutgers University and the New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology.
