Food Policy Institute

The Food Policy Institute addresses, by means of research and outreach, the critical issues facing the mid-Atlantic food system. The institute's goal is to improve quality of public and private decision making regarding food production, distribution, and consumption. The institute works toward this goal by bringing together multidisciplinary teams of university researchers to address pressing issues and information needs facing food firms, policy makers, and the general public.
